We will call to confirm the what your VAT exemption is and then email over a small form to be completed. 

If you do not have a VAT exemption, then you will be charged an addition 20% of the total cost of your order. Failure to pay this will mean that we will need to cancel the order

Orders made that are not within our Local Delivery range (45km) may be subject to a higher delivery rate. This will need to be quoted after the order has been made. If a delivery fee cannot be agreed, we would be happy to cancel the order and a full refund will be processed (please note this may take 1-7 days to process)
